Look at other French door fridges in this price range and you'll see that this one has a lot going for it. The silver enamel finish is a stylish alternative to white or stainless steel. You're going to have a hard time finding a larger capacity French door fridge at this price. Others in its price range are only in the 500-600L size range.
1 Star energy rating is one star too low. Fridges are big energy consumers and LG could have done better.
Overall: I'd have given this fridge another star if it had a higher energy rating. If it's on sale and you really like the look of it, consider buying. Otherwise, check out some other French door fridges first or if money is an issue, consider a standard or upside down fridge.
