Steam cooking is the best way to cook and preserve the vitamins and minerals that are the reason for eating in the first place. Other nice features include electronic controls and timers that include suggested cooking times, water level warning, easy clean stainless steel interior and more.
  • Too expensive for those looking for a conventional electric oven.

Overall: There may be steam ovens that are just as good as this, but I doubt there are any better ones. Do a comparison first, but I think this deserves a close look.
