This is a serious stove for serious cooks. There's nothing missing. Fan, cooling fan, self cleaning, wok burner, electronic ignition, etc., etc. - it's all there.
At $3799, I might have knocked a star off, but since you can get it for less than 3 grand, I have no complaints whatsoever, other than I still can't afford this and it's too big for my kitchen.
Overall: A superb stove from arguably the best manufacturer. Maybe 4 stars isn't enough.
